These terms and conditions govern this offer of 3 months’ free terminal rental on Tyro EFTPOS terminals Offer.

These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Tyro Terms and Conditions. If these terms and conditions are inconsistent with the Tyro Terms and Conditions, the Tyro Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Capitalised terms in this Offer have the meaning given to them in the Tyro Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Offer. ‘you’ and ‘your’ and “Merchant” means the person(s) who apply for, and are provided with, Tyro Services.

Our offer is available for Merchants who are approved as a Merchant, and are provided with Tyro Services such as an EFTPOS or eCommerce facility.

To be eligible for this Offer, all of the following criteria must be met:
– you have been invited by Tyro to take up this Offer;
– you have not been a Merchant within the past twelve months prior to your application to Tyro; and
– you are a customer of BOQ Specialist, and able to provide Tyro with proof of this membership.

The Offer is available in connection with one Merchant ID and one terminal. The Offer does not apply to an additional terminal or Merchant Identification Number to an existing location or existing ABN, excluding a merchant group, corporate group, buying group or franchise group which is a new business to Tyro. If you have more than one MID with us and more than one terminal under the MID, the Offer will only be applied to the MID and terminal under that MID which will provide the greatest benefit to you.

Tyro may, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not the Eligibility Criteria are met.

This Offer cannot be used together with any other offer.

We will apply your 3 months’ free terminal rental by not charging you the EFTPOS machine rental fees that would ordinarily be payable on your monthly invoice.
