Tyro Health Bundle

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Bundle Pricing (“Benefits”) provided by Tyro Health Pty Ltd (ABN 21 615 345 536) (“Tyro Health”), including the criteria you must satisfy to receive the Benefits (“Eligibility Criteria”), and where no alternative terms and conditions apply.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the relevant Tyro Health User Terms – Service Providers and the Tyro EFTPOS Banking Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 31 January 2026 and will continue until terminated by Tyro Health in its sole discretion.

 

Key Terms

Interpretation

  • Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given to them in the Tyro Health User Terms – Service Providers and the Tyro EFTPOS Banking Terms and Conditions.
  • If a capitalised term is defined in both documents and the definitions conflict, the definition in the Tyro Health User Terms – Service Providers prevails for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
  • If a capitalised term is defined in these Terms and Conditions, that definition prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.

Definitions

  • ‘Connected’ means a Tyro EFTPOS Device is linked to Your Approved Account in Tyro Health Online, including by completing (as applicable) a terminal pairing process and/or a Pro Key sign‑in/activation process.
  • ‘Tyro EFTPOS Device’ means a Tyro EFTPOS terminal/device (including a Pro Key).
  • ‘Pro Key’ means the Tyro Health Pro Key EFTPOS terminal/device (including any replacement, upgrade or successor device).

A. General

  1. Tyro Health may apply discounted rates which entitle you to receive Benefits.
  2. You will receive Benefits from Tyro Health if you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Benefits are not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly specified in the applicable Terms and Conditions.
  4. Tyro Health reserves the right to modify, cancel or revoke the Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
  5. Your use of the Benefits constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

B. Eligibility

  1. To receive the Benefits, the following Eligibility Criteria must be met:
    • You must be an approved Tyro EFTPOS banking merchant; and
    • You must have at least one (1) Tyro EFTPOS terminal at a Location connected to your Registered Business at tyrohealth.medipass.io.
  2. Eligibility is assessed at the end of each billing month:
    • if you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria at the end of a billing month, you will receive the Benefits for that entire billing month and the Benefits will be shown on your next monthly invoice; and
    • if you do not satisfy the Eligibility Criteria at the end of a billing month, you will not receive the Benefits for that billing month.
      • For example, if you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria on the last day of a billing month, you will receive the Benefits for that entire billing month in your next payment cycle invoice.
      • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “billing month” means the monthly billing period to which your Tyro Health Online invoice relates.
  3. Once the Eligibility Criteria are met, Benefits will automatically apply after a Tyro EFTPOS Device has been Connected to Your Approved Account.
  4. Provided the Eligibility Criteria are met, the Benefits are only available once per Approved Account and are not increased or duplicated by connecting more than one Tyro EFTPOS Device.

C. Benefits

  1. Benefits will apply to all Transactions processed via Tyro Health Online at tyrohealth.medipass.io and Transactions processed via integrated software vendor systems. For clarity, Benefits apply regardless of location.
  2. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, your Benefits are:
    • Tyro Health Online Paid Claims
      The fees for the claim types included within Tyro Health Online Paid Claims (outlined on our Pricing Help Centre Collection) incurred are reduced to $0.00 per claim. Excludes ECLIPSE.
    • Tyro Health Online Payments
      The fees incurred are reduced to 1.2% of the transaction amount. This is an all-inclusive fee, including both GST and Interchange.
  3. The value of the Benefits is non-transferrable and may not be resold or exchanged.
