  • Can I take any type of credit or debit card with Tyro Health?

    With Tyro Health EFTPOS, you can accept all major debit and credit cards including eftpos, Visa, Mastercard®, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, and Alipay transactions.

    Tyro Health Online, on the other hand, focuses on the two most common card types: Visa and Mastercard® for processing payments.

  • Are digital wallet cards accepted?

    Absolutely! Our EFTPOS machines accept major digital wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

    Tyro Health Online also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay through its payment links feature.

  • How fast will I get paid?

    We settle your daily takings the next business day into any Australian bank account for payments and claims processed by Tyro. Most receiving banks process these payments on the same day, though processing times may vary. For funds settled directly by schemes or insurers, please contact them directly. For more detailed information check out our help centre.

  • Are there any charges for transferring funds to a third-party bank account?

    No, there are no additional fees for settling your daily takings from Tyro Health to an external bank account. Funds are typically deposited into your nominated bank account the next business day, subject to your bank’s processing times, which may vary.

  • Is Tyro Health’s pricing inclusive or exclusive of GST?

    All fees listed on our website are inclusive of GST.
