Core Practice

Core Practice is a simple online dental software. It enables dental clinics to easily plan schedules, manage patient records or gain business insight on practice performance and more, all in the cloud.

Core Practice integrates with both Tyro Health Online and Tyro EFTPOS, allowing range of claims and payment features to be accessed directly from your PMS, or via a HealthPoint-enabled Tyro EFTPOS machine.

Connect Tyro Health Online or a Tyro EFTPOS machine with Core Practice and access the following claims and payment features:

Claiming

• Medicare (both Bulk Bill and Patient Claims, including CDBS), and DVA claims

• Medicare claiming requires a Tyro Health Online account that you can access for free – click here to find out how to get started with Tyro Health Online)

• Private Health Insurance (PHI) Claims via a HealthPoint-enabled Tyro EFTPOS machine or digitally by sending an SMS link to a patient. A range of health funds are supported including Medibank, ahm, nib, Bupa and GMHBA. View a full list of eligible health funds here

• To connect your Tyro EFTPOS machine with Core Practice, you will require a Tyro Health Online account. Once you have signed up for Tyro Health Online, click here for more details on how to connect your machine. Payments 

• Payment requests can be sent via SMS, or Visa and MasterCard® payments can be processed over the phone, in person, or situations where the cardholder is not in front of you
• Process debit and credit card payments via a Tyro EFTPOS machine. Accepting all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
