These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Bundle Pricing (as defined, below) provided by Tyro Health Pty Ltd (ABN 21 615 345 536) (“Tyro Health”), including the criteria you must satisfy to receive the Bundled Pricing (“Eligibility Criteria”), and where no alternative terms and conditions apply.
These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the GapOnly® Vet Portal Terms and Conditions and the Tyro Electronic Payments Facility Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 October 2026 and will continue until terminated by Tyro Health in its sole discretion.
Key Terms
Interpretation
- Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given to them in the GapOnly® Vet Portal Terms and Conditions and the Tyro Electronic Payments Facility Terms and Conditions.
- If a capitalised term is defined in both documents and the definitions conflict, the definition in the GapOnly® Vet Portal Terms and Conditions prevail for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
- If a capitalised term is defined in these Terms and Conditions, that definition prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.
Definitions
- ‘Bundled Pricing’ is detailed in Part C of these Terms and Conditions.
- ‘Eligible Terminal’ means the Y-series (‘Countertop’ and ‘Mobile’) and Pro Touch and Pro Key EFTPOS Machines.
A. General
- You will receive Bundled Pricing from Tyro Health if you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria in these Terms and Conditions.
- The Bundled Pricing is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly specified in the applicable Terms and Conditions.
- Tyro Health reserves the right to modify, cancel or revoke the Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
- Your use of the Bundled Pricing constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
B. Eligibility
- To receive the Bundled Pricing, the following criteria must be met:
- You must be an approved Tyro merchant with an active Electronic Payments Facility;
- You must be actively using the GapOnly® Vet Portal;
- You must have at least one (1) Eligible Terminal; and
- You contact Tyro Health to notify us that you have met the conditions in paragraphs (a) to (c), above,
(“Eligibility Criteria”).
- Eligibility is assessed at the end of each billing month:
- if you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria at the end of a billing month, you will receive the Bundled Pricing for that entire billing month and the Bundled Pricing will be shown on your next monthly invoice; and
- if you do not satisfy the Eligibility Criteria at the end of a billing month, you will not receive the Bundled Pricing for that billing month.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “billing month” means the monthly billing period to which your Tyro Health Online invoice relates.
- Provided the Eligibility Criteria are met, the Bundled Pricing is only available once for the business specified in your Application.
C. Bundled Pricing
- Bundled Pricing will apply to all Transactions processed via GapOnly® Vet Portal at gaponly.tyrohealth.com and Transactions processed via integrated software vendor systems. For clarity, Bundled Pricing applies regardless of location.
- If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, your Bundled Pricing is:
- GapOnly® Service Fee
Tyro Health will make a contribution on your behalf towards the GapOnly® Service Fee. This contribution is not a discount to, or variation of, the GapOnly® fee. Your net cost per transaction is reduced to 0.6% of the total claim benefit amount, exclusive of the gap.
- Tyro Health Online Payments
The transaction fees incurred are reduced to 1% of the transaction amount. This is an all-inclusive fee, including GST.
- The value of the Bundled Pricing is non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged.
