About the Tyro Health integration 

Tyro Health Online integrates with TDO, enabling practices to process payments and manage private health insurance claims directly within the TDO workflow. With the integration, practices can:

• Process card payments directly from the patient record, with payment amounts passed from the TDO ledger to the connected payment terminal via Tyro Health Online
• Submit Private Health Insurance (PHI) claims through Tyro HealthPoint Digital with support from a range of health funds including Medibank, ahm, nib, Bupa and GMHBA. View a full list of eligible health funds here
• Submit predeterminations and claims directly from the patient’s treatment plan 
• Receive fund responses and reconcile payments automatically back to the patient ledger 
• Reduce double entry and manual payment matching 
• Keep payment and claiming activity connected to the patient record and treatment workflow 

To access the integration, practices need a Tyro Health Online account.

Once connected, TDO and Tyro Health Online work together to bring claiming, payments and reconciliation into a single endodontic practice workflow.
